Do you deliver to the dorms?
A: Yes! We deliver to the door of the dorm room for any Notre Dame dorm. Make sure you give us the room number so we can make sure it gets to the right place! At St. Mary's, we deliver to the front desk of the dorm building per their delivery policy.
What time will you deliver my order?
A: We often deliver between 1 and 5pm daily. Note, we cannot take same day delivery orders if they are placed after 4:30 pm M-Th, 3 pm on Friday, or 2 pm on Saturday.
What if the recipient isn't in their room when you deliver?
A: That's ok! We leave the order at their door. The Notre Dame dorms are very safe and there is not much risk for misplaced orders. The recipient will make it back to their room eventually! If there is any issue with a delivery, please feel free to contact us!
Can you deliver to my off-campus apartment?
A: We do not deliver anywhere off of Notre Dame or Saint Mary's campuses. Buildings such as the Idea Center or Raclin-Carmichael Hall are off-campus buildings as well.
How far in advance do I need to order?
A: We have the ability to do same-day orders, but we cannot guarantee any stock when an order is placed same day. If you want to ensure an exact arrangement or option, ordering in advance is best. We often get flower shipments on Mondays, so ordering prior to the Monday of the week you want the order will result in the best choices.
